A snail went to the police station to report that he had been robbed.
He slowly approached the front desk and said,
“Officer, two tortoises mugged me!”
The officer looked surprised.
“Can you describe the suspects?”
The snail thought carefully.
“Well… they were both tortoises.”
“Yes, but what did they look like?”
The snail paused.
“I don’t really remember.”
The officer frowned.
“Why not?”
The snail sighed.
“Everything happened so fast!”
