One night outside a small town, a fire started inside the local chemical plant. In the blink of an eye, it exploded into massive flames.
The alarm went out to all fire departments for miles around.
Within minutes, firefighters arrived from nearby towns.
The plant manager ran toward the chief.
“Chief, we’ve got a serious problem! The fire is spreading fast!”
The chief looked at the flames.
“How much water do you need?”
“Water?” the manager shouted. “We don’t need water!”
The chief looked confused.
“Then what do you need?”
The manager pointed toward the burning building.
“We need a miracle!”
The chief nodded seriously.
“Good. Because the fire department budget certainly can’t afford one.”
