Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing mix, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 3: Add the olive oil to the dry ingredients and stir until a paste forms.
- Step 4: Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish. Spread the ranch mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken thigh.
- Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
