Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Place the cubed turnips in a large bowl.
- Step 3: Drizzle the olive oil over the turnips and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Step 4: Spread the seasoned turnips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Step 5: Roast for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the turnips are tender and slightly browned.
- Step 6: (Optional) Drizzle with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover roasted turnips in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For best results, reheat these in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through and slightly crispy again.
