Instructions
- Step 1: Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 2: In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Add broccoli and carrots to the skillet with the chicken. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.

- Step 5: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the chicken and vegetables. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to combine.
