- 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 1 lb smoked chicken sausage, sliced
- 1 packet (1 oz) Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sliced smoked chicken sausage, Ranch dressing mix, milk, melted butter, and garlic powder. Toss well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Step 3: Pour the potato and sausage mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread in an even layer.
- Step 4: Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and easily pierced with a fork.
- Step 5: Remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 6: Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
