- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Granulated sugar: 1 cup
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: ½ cup

- Baking powder: ½ teaspoon
- Eggs: 2 large
- Vegetable oil: ½ cup
- Cream cheese: 8 ounces, softened
Instructions

- Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Notes
- Store leftover brownie cheesecake tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 3 days to maintain its fudgy texture.
- For a warm, gooey treat, microwave individual slices for 10-15 seconds.
- Serve each slice with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder for an elegant touch.
- To prevent a sunken top, let the brownie cheesecake cool completely in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
