- 8 croissants, split
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded chicken, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, green onions, and Dijon mustard. Mix well to combine.
- Step 2: Season the chicken mixture with garlic powder to taste.
- Step 3: Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the croissants.
- Step 4: Top with the other croissant halves.
- Step 5: You can optionally broil the assembled croissants for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly golden and heated through, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
- Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy!
